FEE PAYMENT: Fee structure is based on a term by term basis. An invoice will be issued before the commencement of term for payment to be made by the second lesson of term. Late fees apply - 5% of invoice total charged after week 4, and a further 5% after week 8.
Late student entry starting week 2/3, the full term fee will still apply. Later entries will be calculated using casual rate x weeks remaining in the term.
Discounts:
Multiple/Siblings : second workshop (10%) third (15%) fourth (20%) fifth+ (25%)
An additional 20% off fees for a full year's term fees paid by week 4 of term 1.
An annual $25 per student levy for costumes/props will be charged at the beginning of enrolment, and on top of the total invoice.
ABENTEEISM/CANCELLATIONS: There will be no refund for workshops cancelled once term has commenced, or for lessons missed due to holidays, illness etc; however a credit for future classes will be issued in the event of unexpected extended illness.
When students are unable to participate in the lesson (due to feeling unwell) we encourage them to still attend as a lot can be learned by observing.
If in the unforseen situation the school has to cancel a lesson a makeup lesson will be scheduled.
Private Lessons require 24 hours notice of cancellation for a makeup lesson to be arranged pending timetable availability.
STUDIO PROTOCOL: No food/drink (except water) to be consumed in the studios and/or during lesson time. For liability purposes we can only be responsible for students during their assigned lesson time. Therefore pick up and drop offs need to be as close to these times as possible. However in case of unforseen circumstances (or if pre-arranged) we will endeavour to maintain supervision outside these times. If students arrive early please wait outside the studio space until called in.(This would be the kitchen for the Blue Doors)
PUBLICITY: As we often take photos and/or video footage of students during lessons/rehearsals and productions, it is necessary for us to use these images for publicity purposes. E.g Fliers, Brochures, Print Ads, Website etc. The use of the images will be at the Committee’s discretion, but we will endeavour to maintain professional integrity for the student(s) involved. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your child’s images please call the office to discuss the matter. Any withdrawal of using such images (prior to printing/ for future use) needs to be requested in writing.
